In March last year, a client from Ecuador reached out to us and was particularly interested in our assemble flat pack house. The communication between us was extremely smooth at that time. We discussed all kinds of details clearly, and we were full of anticipation to complete the transaction soon and start a new chapter of cooperation.

However, as the saying goes, man proposes, God disposes. Before long, the ocean freight skyrocketed like crazy, which had a huge impact on the cost. At the same time, the client also wanted to purchase other goods and had to plan the transportation together. So, the delivery time had to be postponed again and again. During that period, we maintained close communication. We not only helped the client find ways to control costs but also coordinated the arrangements of various goods. Although the process was tortuous, fortunately, the client was always very understanding and cooperative.

Finally, in November, after countless discussions and confirmations, the shipping schedule was finally determined! At that moment, half of the big stone in our hearts finally fell. Then, in December, the goods were successfully dispatched. Watching the ships full of our hard work and the client's expectations sail into the distance, our hearts were filled with excitement and anticipation.

Just a few days ago, the client kindly sent us the photos of the completed house after installation. The house looked extremely beautiful in the local environment, perfectly blending in with the surrounding scenery. He also specifically messaged us to say that he was extremely satisfied with the quality of our modern prefabricated houses! From the sturdiness of the materials to the rationality of the design, every detail made him full of praise. It's such an achievement for everyone in our team to get such recognition from the client. This is not only a business success but also a proof that we have won the client's trust with our professionalism and patience. We're really over the moon!
