Last July, we received a message from a client in Thailand. They were interested in our housing products. From that first contact, a beautiful business journey began.
Over the following months, we had numerous text exchanges and phone calls. Each conversation was filled with in - depth discussions about the details of the houses, from the layout of the rooms to the quality of the building materials. We patiently answered all their questions, and they showed great enthusiasm and patience in return.
Finally, in November, they paid a $30,000 advance payment, which was a huge step forward. It was a sign of their initial trust in us. Then, in December, they paid the remaining $70,000 balance without hesitation. This not only completed the deal but also deepened the bond between us.
